"I go to this Dunkin every morning on my way to work. Sometimes it's a good experience and sometimes not so much. They argue with you when they don't even give you the chance to explain yourself they don't accommodate special request. They rush rush rush. Their customer service needs much improvement. With this being said I am a Dunkin Donuts reward member and I don't feel the loyalty is appreciated."

"I used to go there almost 4 times a week , and I get a large hot coffee and the cup was hot , I ask for a small cup and the girl work over there needs to charge me a 0.35 $ for the cup. also there is a big flyer indicate with medium coffee you get the donuts for 0.99 $ and she charge me 1.49 $ so 0.50 $ more . many people work there and the attention for the drive through cars . I change my favorite coffee to a Starbucks , and over there 5 stars and excellent customer service. I complained to the customer service and I lost my time and money ."
