"I enjoyed my experience here. I came early in the morning shortly after opening. I think that’s the best time to go. They should give out more napkins in the beginning, and I had to ask for straws. They should also set plates under hot chocolate/ coffee mugs. However, My servers were very nice. I had Renee and another lady. Go in the am for warm / hot food when it’s not busy. I also asked them to warm up my pancakes. Overall, I was satisfied with my service here. If you’re not too picky, you’ll enjoy your sit down here. There’s things they can work on, but I cared about great customer service."
"Food was terrible. Ham was so done it would break like bacon. Sauce and eggs were freezing cold. Gravy was like water. The hashbrowns were not done at all. There were 12 dirty EMPTY tables while we were there. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable."
"IHOP is under new management I didn’t catch his name yesterday, but he was very friendly and helped me figure out my app to get my free pancakes. Matt our server was very fast and polite. Food tasted much better. Way to get it together guys and gals. :) we’ll definitely be back soon."
