"Do not recommend this agency. I spoke to Matt personally in regards to my renewal, and wanted to make sure the payment was drafted in full. Matt said all was good. The day my account was drafted it only drafted for the month! I called the office and the rep grabbed my information and said she would call me back that day. No call back. I went back in person and spoke to another rep, she basically said there was not much we could do. After further discussion she got on the chat and sent it back up for review! She told me she would be in touch that the process would take 5-10 business days! No one has been in contact with since! Lost discount! Horrible customer service! Today I needed a renters policy and made sure to change agents!"
