"I was in drive through, didn't move for about 10 mins. The young man working the speaker came out to let us know car stalled in front of us. Thankfully she was able to get the car moved, and after that everything went fast, food was ready hot, and I appreciated knowing why we were waiting. 3/6 about midnight."
"Poor management and poor customer service. Manager just stands around doing nothing but yelling at the employees. The other employees don’t want to work and they take their dear sweet time making 1 item. If you go into the lobby to order, good luck! You’ll be standing around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to wait on you…..even if they aren’t busy. Unless you want to wait 30 minutes for your food, I would go to a different Taco Bell. Management needs to be changed out and all employees need better training."
"We ordered tacos and they were almost completely empty. Missing most of the ingredients and the few that were included were so sparse that it looked like I just ordered empty hard tacos."
"Placed an order online 15min before showing up to the restaurant. Waited an additional 20min inside for my order. The girl making my tacos kept staring at me. No one greeted me for 5min, didn't ask what I needed, etc. Pintos and cheese were cold..... chili cheese burrito was thin. Could have made my own tacos better, cheaper and faster. Very disappointed."
"Worst ever. DoorDashed 3 softshell combo. 3 little pinners show up meat and cheese. Rolled like joints. I Called Taco Bell and the rude manager said, "It ain't our fault. The DoorDash person sposeda notify you. Well that didn't happen either."
