"This family place is exactly that! Lots of children with parents enjoying ice cream! Suddenly a loiterer came indoors and approached. Before he even said a word, the manager came out to the dining area and told the man to leave. The loiterer started cursing at the manager but the manager kept his cool and did not engage! The loiterer left! I was very impressed with how the manager kept his cool. Oh! Place was clean but noisy."
