"Pizza was ordered online and was supposed to be done around 5:15 pm. Upon arrival noticed alot of people standing in lobby. Fous out pizza wasn't even made yet. Came back at 5:45 pm still no pizza. Order received 6:00 pm. Slow is an understatement."
"By far one of the worst Little Caesars shops I’ve been to. They’re well known for long wait times and terrible customer service. You order and are told 15 minutes but that ends up turning into an hour every time. The employees are overworked and underpaid. They frequently cancel orders or take on more than they can handle. The little Caesar’s franchise has continuously gone downhill because of bad management. Their stores are almost always filthy. It’s a shame because the pizza is good as far as cheap pizza goes."
"After ordering ahead and two hours later the guy on the verge of a violent outbreak order me to wait. So I did as I didn’t want a fight. I waited thirty more minutes and when the mental guy came back up front to blast everyone with “you’re gonna have to wait !!” I just cut my losses and went to Pizza Hut. I wanted dinner not a fight !! Better to loose the money and move on in this case.."
"The whole concept is fast. We ordered one pizza two hours ago and it says order received. I have tried calling the store and no one answers. Customer service continues to just forward my call to the store. They clearly do not care. Do not order from here."
"Worst Little Caesars I’ve been to. Multiple times I’ve tried to order and they have actually told me they are not accepting orders at all, at certain times. Ordered last night early and was told it would be ready at 730- 1 hour delivery time. Pizza showed up cold and dried out at 9pm. Tried to call the store and no one answered the phone. Door Dash guy trying to get delivery said their were 20 people waiting and it was sheer chaos. Even he said it was worst he’s seen. Obviously need more staff and better management. I guess it’s back to dominoes instead."
