"Asked for a honey citrus, mint herbal was told that the lemonade had caffeine, which confirming it does not, and then they made it with only water had to have them remake it and when they did they just poured out, the water added the lemonade to the already used teabags, resulting in a watered down, no flavor drink - very upset"
"Horrible location. Not sure a manager even works there. Mobile orders take 3 times longer than drive through. Never had my order ready when I allow 5 min longer than normal due to previous experiences here. They do not read the cups ever for specific instructions. I go to Dunkin’ instead of this. Extra foam?"
"This Starbucks location is so horrible, I don’t know how they’re still open. There are new and different employees every time I go, and none of them can make a drink properly. I used to love the iced peach green tea, but had to stop ordering it because they would put lemonade in it every single time. Why would you put lemonade in my drink when I never mentioned anything about lemonade? This happened at least 4 times before I gave up. My new order is an iced shaken espresso (in the photo), which is supposed to have a “splash” of milk. This drink looks like a latte. It tastes like milk with a splash of coffee. They’ve also given me old espresso with visible chunks of grounds at the bottom of the cup. I’m so frustrated because I’ve given this location so many chances and it continuously lets me down."
