"I ordered an iced chai with oatmilk and sugarfree hazelnut. I received an iced coffee with hazelnut swirl. Im not sure what kind of milk they put, but the swirl has condensed milk and i was so sick the rest of the day into the next. The rest of the food was good."
"Slooooow service, waited in line for over 10 minutes before anyone took my order .I think the drive thru was 10 cars deep and was faster than going in...do not recommend"
"Avoid this location at all costs. No customer services skills whatsoever. I ordered a drink on the app for pickup. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have the ingredients. Obviously issues arise and not a huge deal it's only a coffee drink after all. It is what happened next that leads me to leave the 1 star review. I simply asked for a refund (as they didn't have what I ordered) and they said that it isn't possible. I'm sorry what?! You took my money and now can't refund it after you don't have what I paid for. That makes no sense. The manager (who store staff called) also refused to initiate a refund and requested me come back to the store the next day if I wanted to speak with him. Why would I take time out of my schedule to drive back to the store? I asked for his name and information to speak directly to him and he refused to provide it."
"I will not be drinking this, it looks like sewer water. I have never my life seen coffee so watery in my life. Then when I asked them why is your coffee so watery, he asked me what is watery. Like you know what that means. Don't act brand new today. You look about 35. Horrible customer service, everybody had an attitude and the one server even went as far as to lie saying that there wasn't a manager there. Food was cold and hard. I didn't eat it either."
