"Very helpful, knowledgable. But i dnt understand why it takes two days to mke an ice cream cake. So make sure you guve two days notice of ordering for any party. Otherwise your out of luck. Great place otherwise."
"We order a blizzard your employee dropped it on the ground picked it up charge the lid and gave it to us. Am sorry your floor is nasty. I looked at her in shock and she walked off. Yes we walked out and toss the blizzard in the trash. Unbelievable"
"Management doesn't believe in customer service! Staff did a bad job. When they don't do there job, the manager won't honor the DQ moto of your blizzard will be presented to you upside down or you get a free one. I stated that she tilted the cup from 12 o'clock position to 2 o'clock.not even a 90 degree angle. Let alone obviously not upside down. And the mngr said the employee attempted to do their job...really? DON'T go to Morris location! Poor quality job and service and NO customer service!"
"I expected more out of my milkshake. Seeing as this is what you do. I passed a McDonald's to come get a milkshake from you guys. Look at the attached picture of the little dot of whipped cream. For those prices I want whip cream pouring out of my lid with a cherry on top."
"If I could I'd rate it all 0. I got charged 3x for Xtra peanut butter. I asked for a little extra and got told I had to be charged per layer and there was already 3 layers. I said I count 2. She said it mixed together. I don't believe this. And the manager just stood there and let me walk away without a word. Very ashamed of the service I received from this establishment. Update. I threw it away due to little topping. Even more flustered now than before. Have to find a new ice cream spot."
