"Went to this location for lunch, noticed there was absolutely no customers there, which was strange. First ordered a craft lemonade, no ice. They refused , said their lemonades come with ice. I asked that I couldn't get a lemonade with no ice and he said "no" Now I know why the drive thru was empty and nobody goes Inside. You can find better food for less headache in the gas station attached to this store."
"I believe Hardee's burgers are delicious. Having said this, Hardee's must be the worst fast food restaurant chain in existence. They offer promotions through their app, yet it is the most dysfunctional software ever designed. I can't even find this local."

"Originally came through drive thru to order breakfast. Placed my order and drove to the window to pay. I get to the window to pay with my phone with GooglePay. Am told that I can't use my phone at the window, that if I wanted to use my phone, I would have to come inside... Now, here's where everyone probably thinks I'm going to rant about having to go inside to pay for my order. On the contrary... The manager who I spoke to was kind and polite and explained why this was their policy and defined exactly why they would not take the phone through the window. Never once did he raise his voice or get rude. Even though he had to "inconvenience" a customer, he remained nice and professional, still showing great customer service. Kudos!!"
