"Can someone please contact me? This location does not stock ground coffee and while the app let me order $20 of ground coffee, Dunkin donuts still has not given me the ground coffee I have paid for. I contacted customer service ASAP when it happened on thursday. If I don't get a response I will be doing a chargeback."
"These poor employees, Only two working the entire place on a saturday. They were absolutely slammed with orders, the place was a bit of a mess, they didnt even have any donuts. Im not surprised, dunkin is notorious for overworking employees."
"I used to come to the Johnsburg Dunkin’ Donuts all of the time. I was excited that they opened a new location branded as a go location. However, there is nothing go about this new location from the long lines of cars to the inept customer service inside the building that is inattentive. It’s hard to think of anything convenient about this place. It’s hard to get to, the lines are long, the prices are high. Johnsburg runs on Starbucks."
