"This place has been awful to work with. I work for State Farm and I will never send another one of our customers here. We had a customer waiting over a month for just an estimate alone. Once they were told they didn’t want to get it repaired there due to the terrible customer service and lack of urgency then they were hateful and unprofessional. I’d recommend not going here, I know of multiple others with a similar experience."

"Update after making this post they reached out and said they should be in touch with me within about two weeks to set up a time to get me in. I have still heard nothing. They have been wasting my time for almost an entire year, though they have been paid in full and the parts are sitting at the dealership I am being told that they are on back order and have a pending order waiting for them. Initially, I picked my car up and they told me it was 100% done and to have a good day. Once I got home I realize there were scrapes all over the plastic pieces which is when they started backpedaling and told me two parts were on back order. I have a strong feeling they were hoping I didn’t notice.. Well, I contacted consumer affairs and the dealership directly and they have zero orders from Twin City for those parts. While I will say the paint job was fairly good. It was definitely not the best, even after it had to be redone for a second time. It looks like while it was drying specs of dirt fell in it, so it has ripples and bumps in the paint. Every time I try to call and get things moving along they just give me half answers and tell me they will be in contact soon, months pass, and I end up reaching out to them. I’ll gladly take my Review completely off as soon as my car is fixed but I still think this is a shotty shop and would not suggest using them"

"I took my Camry for small front end repair. It took 4 months to get my car into the shop. They had my car for 2 weeks, when I went to pick it up the front quarter panel was not right, they agreed and said they'd order a new bracket..I returned 3 days later after they said it was fixed.. The new bumper had a small scratch all the way through the paint, they attempted to buff it out but couldn't.. They offered to repaint the bumper again, which would take another week or so. I asked if they could take money off the price of my $500 deductible instead of repainting it. The manager said No. I didn't want to leave my car another week and continue driving a rental, and have to come back for a 3rd time. I took it as it was. they knew I was not really happy.."

"Exceptional service as well as repairs. I was hit by a school bus, leaving my vehicle drivable but the front end was scratched and dented badly. The left headlight was broken as well. I took my vehicle in and they were extremely helpful with the estimate and through the repairs. They let me know halfway through the repairs they were struggling to find a part they needed to attach the new bumper to my car. They even contacted my insurance adjuster and had them extend my rental car because of the delay on the part. All around exceptional repairs and service."
