"I ordered a large hot caramel craze latte and loaded hashbrowns. It came without whipped cream and they used the toasted white chocolate swirl instead of caramel. My hashbrowns only had 7 and there was barely any bacon on them."
"Went yesterday and ordered an iced vanilla latte with whipped cream. I received an iced vanilla coffee with cream. I didn’t realize until I drove away because I just thought they forgot the whipping cream but was very disappointed to realize I had the wrong drink. Tried again today and ordered on the app to try to have the correct drink. I was given a hot drink when I ordered an iced, and none of the toppings that came with the drink (whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and cinnamon sugar) were on mine. I explained to the girl at the drive thru that I ordered it iced and she said she had already made the drink and there was nothing she could do. Would rather make the further drive for Starbucks and receive my correct order and better customer service."
"Good donuts,coffee and service! Really clean in there too. Did wish it was a little more kid friendly though! No high chairs or changing tables made it a little tough for us so we’ll probably stick with drive through in the future."
