The guys who brought it came when they said. They took the old one out and gave me time enough to clean the floor before they brought the new one in. They got it installed and all set up - even started the first cycle to be sure everything was ready for my clothes. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience. When I need another appliance, I WILL be returning!"
