"We recently had the opportunity to engage the services of Pass One Hour for 1) maintenance of our HVAC system and 2) duct cleaning. Nate appeared early to the scheduled time to do the maintenance work. He was a very personable young man, willing to explain his procedures and recommendations. He was not "pushy" at all with his recommendations for certain repairs that he felt needed addressing. He gave options, allowing for things that needed immediate attention, things that could wait, and simple things that we could do ourselves. He appeared very knowledgeable in his explanations and you could tell that he had interest in what he was doing and how. Consequently, we scheduled an appointment for a duct cleaning, had him fix the immediate problem of the connectors and signed up for the Comfort Club for routine maintenance. As I am sure Pass knows, Nate is a great asset to the company. (10/10). The following week, we had the ducts cleaned by Collin (and his assistant). The process was interesting to watch, as we had no idea what to expect. Any questions that we asked were answered thoroughly. We were also able to see what was removed from the vents, mostly cat hair/dander. The vent covers were removed, the holes covered and then the covers were cleaned and replaced neatly. There was no mess. You couldn't tell they had been here. Collin and crew were also 10/10. Very personable and professional. Would highly recommend duct cleaning. We have noticed a big difference in "allergy" symptoms and house dust. We are very pleased."
