"My daughter had an issue with her car and brought it in to get fixed, well when it was said to be finished they didn't even fix it properly, and what they did touch was slapped together. Now she has to spend more money on her car to try to get the problem fixed the second time. My daughter also has called and left messages etc but her calls were never returned. "If you're looking to pay for a shop to do a job so that you can go home and actually do it yourself then this is an excellent place to bring your car. Brought my car in with a list of 5 things I requested to do, they did 2 of these 5 things, one of which was replacing the valve cover gasket. They removed the old gasket but did not reinstall a new one. This led to large amounts of oil pooling in my spark plug wells and caused my engine to misfire. Of the other 3 things I asked them to do they provided no explanation as to why those weren't done aside from "Probably needs to be replaced." Yeah that's why I brought it to you."
