"We have been here since 7:30pm ordered our food and got it decently fast. 2 out of 3 of us ordered the all you eat and they both ordered their next all you can eat item when they got their food initially. Now 30 minutes later and still no food and everyone that works here is behind the bar working on a hose that's busted. So much for our food, I am so over waiting!!! If I could give this place a negative I would definitely do so!!!!"

"Our family of 22 went here for 2 Birthdays, my husband and daughter. We all would like to say how much we enjoyed ourselves. We all said how GREAT OUR WAITRESS WAS! HER NAME IS MEGHAN L. She was polite, cheerful and funny. She kept our drinks full at all times. We can't say enough about MEGHAN L. She also made our time there so much fun! Thank you MEGHAN L"

"Went to Mt Vernon Applebees last night 1-13-24 the heat in the building was not working. (They could have told us this when we arrived) they had portable heaters but I don’t think they were working either. We ordered the all you can eat ribs, when we got them they were only warm, not hot. It was so cold in the building that after a bite or 2 all our food was cold. We then ordered fried shrimp, thinking they are deep fried they will be hot… No they were not hot at all. We said something to the server only to get a clueless look on her face. We asked for our check, paid and left. I wasn’t going to write this, but after thinking about it, I had to. People enjoy eating out and it’s pretty expensive to do so. People should enjoy there experience. If the heat is not working, Close the store until it is fixed. At least make people aware of the problem."

"We ordered 2 steaks both supposed to 8 ounces. One was 6 and the other was 8. Both were not cooked properly and my steak (the 8 oz.) was taken back 3 times and everytime it came it still not cooked medium well. It was very pink and not cooked even close to medium well. My grandmas (the 6 oz.) was supposed to be well done and only half of her steak was cooked the other half was all pink. The waiter was very pleasant but our food took 2 hours to come out. I talked to the manager and all she offered was a desert. Didn’t apologize or anything and said that they had too many trainees back in the kitchen. We will NOT be returning."
