"My order was cancelled . You hold me for 1h to wait till you will “prepare food” and after, you cancelled my order , leaving me without food for tonight . No problem , 1 star . What you deserve ."
"Dining room closes at 9 pm, which is understandable. What's not understandable is the bitter attitude of one of the employees when we came in at 8. She was cleaning an area of the lobby. The expression on her face was a mix of "JFC" and "I'm miserable in my life". She made us feel like we were trespassing. No greeting, no smile, nothing. We had been on the road for over 12 hours and just wanted a change of scenery while we ate and to finish the rest of our drive home. We ended up heading another 15 minutes up the road to the lakeside rest area instead. Portions were less than what I've gotten at other locations and there was no take-out plastic silverware set, just forks tossed in the bag."
"Very welcoming! I am someone who is on the road alot, I walked in and the place smelt amazing. I ordered and person behind the counter was super patient and pleasant even though I had no idea what I wanted. As I ate I looked around and listened, I am pleased to say very clean and witnessed workers taking pride in their store...constantly cleaning and even overheard encouragement being given about work and real life....I found that it was refreshing! WAY TO GO GUYS...you made an impression, I will revisit Panda express in Mt Vernon, Il. THE FOOD WAS GREAT!"
"Love the orange chicken and honey sesame chicken, as well as the rangoons. Food has been good and hot each time I've been here. Also tried the super greens, and I like them, have a good crisp taste, also good dipped in a little sweet and sour sauce. Workers were friendly. I will keep coming here."
"There were two plates that were ordered through Doordash and coming from panda express they put a sticker on a plate that had orange chicken and fried rice and I open my plate to see just fried rice so someone held my food absent its orange chicken and stuck a sticker on it that said orange chicken and proceeded to put the plate in a bag for me the customer. Not only this I called twice to speak to an employee and it was allowed to ring until it went to Voicemail both times."
