"Dr. West has been seeing my son for two years, and she has always been kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We're very happy with our quality of care here."

"The way she checked my son was very rude, she had to check his legs and he was pulling my son's pants roughly."

"Very harsh and rude. Won’t recommend at all."

"Sat ignored for 73 minutes with a child and no internet in a stuffy room with no interaction at all. I could understand an emergency, but it was explained that the doctors split duty between in person and tele-appointments. This excuse was actually used as the reason for the delay. However, this is their normal process, which means it was known at the time of scheduling. They intentionally schedule appointments that they cannot meet. Once again, our time is secondary. This is the only profession able to pull this off. Expect your time to be disrespected if you choose to attend this business, and I stress the word business. Harsh, but accurate"
