"I don't normally like doing this and I have never had a problem with this subway before, but tonight was a horrible experience. Two new guys training, understandable. My sandwich looked sad, there was barely anything on it. When I told the manager she had an attitude the whole time with me, but I wasn't even mad. I just wanted a new sandwich. She was talking about me and making it seem like I was awful for wanting a new sandwich, like it was bothersome but the first sandwich was disgusting. Just disappointed because I love subway but this was not a good experience."
"Was in there on March 1st right before 5pm. There was one lovely worker who was quickly and cheerfully filling an order for a lady who ordered 7 sandwiches, while also filling an online order for three pizzas and four sandwiches. Not once did she show frustration, she maintained communication with the customers, and her memory of everything with so much going on at one time was very impressive. She apologized several times for the slight delay, but she was so kind. There were about four very positive customers standing with me who were impressed and reassuring. Give that lady a raise, she rocked it out until her two other employees arrived a little after 5pm. Great food, clean lobby. Great attitude from all 3 staff."
"Normally have good service at this location.. my pegnant Girlfriend went into subway after our trip to the vet. Guess the worker was having a bad day or something, got an attitude when my girlfriend asked for guacamole, and literally covered her entire sandwich in mayo... Like the bottom, everything and half the veggies are falling out.... Not sure if the worker was having a bad day or on something, but I won't be back for awhile."
