"Ordered a LARGE unsweet tea. It was right on the receipt so I went home with what they gave me. Got home and it was sweet. Went back to get the correct order and they hand me the smallest tea I've ever seen! I paid for a LARGE! I showed the person at the window and they did fix the issue. But how many times do you mess up an order before it's right?"
"Ordered food from here on DoorDash sand was served COLD, RAW BACON. I have never had such a disgusting and unsafe experience in my whole life. This is an extreme food safety issue. If I didn’t notice that and put that on my burger I would have gotten sick. Not sure if I will ever be back."
"I’ve had terrible experiences at this MCDS! This is the second fry I’ve received not full! You almost pay 5$ for these so it should be full. Workers ignore you argue and mess up orders left and right! When they mess up they don’t ever make it right ! They blame the customer. Disrespectful"
"Bought 6 cheeseburgers they were all moldy and hard. Manager told me she could replace my order. Ew, like I want more moldy food? Idk she was overall rude and this location definitely needs new management and product quality checks. Don’t eat here. Go to Marion or Johnston city."
"I work midnights and I wanted a burger for dinner so I left to go up there around 10:40. Apparently that was too close to 11 because all I ordered was a McDouble with extra pickles and got basically nothing at all. I’m giving it two stars instead of one because I usually don’t have too many problems with the food or service but this is a bit ridiculous. I realize the employees want to go home but if the lights are on 20 minutes till then the service should be on as well. Otherwise change the policy to shut the drive through down at 10:30 or something."
