"Getting a first job can be difficult and scary. Retail is better than working in fast-food. Fast-food is fast paced and can be very stressful. Working in retail allows for more freedom and more variety. Marshalls is a great first job because there is little to no experience needed to work there and the wage is decent. You get paid about $13 an hour and that increases after 6 months. The job involves customer service, cashiering, and stocking. Customer service is really easy for the most part because people tend to be really nice. There are times where you will deal with some difficult customers but there is always another coworker to help you out and there are multiple managers. Cashiering is probably one of the most difficult aspects but that doesn’t mean it is hard. There is a lot of folding involved and wrapping fragile items. Transactions could also from $20 to $1000. Stocking and putting things out are really easy and relaxing. Each thing has its own section and when putting out items, you can configure it out how you want. The job entails very little work, and the payout is pretty decent. For a first job, this is my strong recommendation."

"I love shopping at this Marshall’s. I almost always can nab at least a few good finds. HOWEVER, the bathrooms are NEVER clean. I always attempt and always pass. I will go to the next store. They stink terribly and are always nasty. Usually pretty stocked on paper towels and tp so you know somebody has to be going in there to check them. So 3 stars for me just based on cleanliness."

"I had the best experience here! The store manager was waiting up front to offer the maskless masks. Also, this store was so immaculate and organized I spent about 2 hours in there! So many selections and friendly staff. I was given the space to roam about, a true retail therapy shoppers dream! At the checkout counter, the cashier cleaned off her entire station after the person in front of me left! This store gets an A+! So impressive!"
