"One star is too kind but zero stars is not allowed. Absolutely full of incompetent employees!! Twice now they have miserably failed at such simple tasks. 1. Called to ask if they service chainsaws onsite before I made the 45 minute drive out there. They said yes so I took the trip. Got there and then the ignorant incompetent employees said they have to send them off to perryville for service. 2. Got a flat tire on my trailer at the Valles Mines exit on a Sunday. No one around the area was opened or had the tire I needed. I called this Buchheits and the incompetent employee said they had what I needed. Drove all the way there only to find out they did not have the rim and tire I needed. This location is absolutely filled with dumb lazy incompetent employees."
