"• You can never reach the apartment managers, owners, or maintenance for anything. • Roaches are a BIG issue at this place • A few residents are highly inconsiderate of the people that live here. Parking lot party’s, owners not picking up their dogs poop in the main hallways (watch your step in front of your own door), and multiple people have many altercations (physical and verbal) that can be heard very easily in your own apartment. I highly recommend you avoid this place if you can."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!! The management does not help you with anything and even literally told us after we complained about a noisy neighbor that they can’t do anything as long as he’s not hurting anyone, despite the noise going on well past the quiet time listed in the lease. I’ve had tickets open for missing light fixtures since I moved in 2 years ago that I still haven’t gained any sort of resolution for, they constantly leave the gates open for anyone to come in. Matthew is the worst apartment manager I have ever seen. They also charge $85 for water every month no matter how much you use, which to me seems like they are definitely ripping everyone off and skimming off the top."

"My niece lives here and they have had endless problems all year. No working oven for a year, disorganized property management that gives wrong information regarding extension of lease."

"I’ve lived here for 2 years. The past year I’ve been without a working oven. I spent 8 months trying to get it repaired and was met with excuses, then refusals. The beginning of the month my husband called the office to give them notice of us moving out. They stated they did not even have our lease extension. They said they needed us to provide them our lease and they would mark our notice. We were failed in every way to be informed if there were other procedures. They are now charging us an extra months rent even though we will not be here. We’ve attempted communication multiple times. We have been avoided and ignored. Finally we got text messages stating we were harassing the office, they will not wave the fee, we can turn in our keys but we still would be charged. Please do not live here if you don’t want to live with have an apartment and be financially exploited. My friends and family who also lived here have been taken advantage of."
