"All I did was go and exchange 2 pair of jeans that I had ordered online that were to big. The transaction was easy but I didn't like that they had to put two dollars on a gift card. The store was clean and well organized. It is on the 1st floor of the mall across from Ross. I didn't know where it was so I did alot of walking."

No one greeted me or offered to assist me. I normally shop 2 maybe 3 times a year and buy my season wardrobe in one visit. Not here and nor will I return to Alton."
