"Stopped coming to family dollar because of the homeless panhandling situation at this location...lots of scary people many with mental defects hanging out at Washington square...my fiance would make me leave and go with her up to the store because they are not only begging but are pushy with females...centerstone has attracted many junkies methies and crazies to uptown...was at lil caesars the other day..there was a guy screaming and rocking on the funeral home lawn...the lil short black guy that is a fixture uptown was screaming at traffic as usual on the Washington side, another guy talking into a tennis shoe like its a telephone on the steps by the lawyers office, and 3 drunk beggars right outside family dollars front doors heckling women asking for cigarettes and begging for change so they can get pints of country club at jims...this place is dangerous and someone is gonna get hurt by some crazy up there"
"Disappointed, out of the big bottle of Wellness gel ibuprofen. I bought the last small bottle. I really like Family Dollar prices on vitamins and medicines. Most of the medicines / vitamins out of stock, empty slots. My first trip to the Alton store. Fast cashier, check out went smoothly."

"Good store sometimes things are a mess they seem to be in the process of rearranging a lot. Typical Family Dollar store . Staff are kinda rude sometimes except the little light skinned lady with glasses wonderful woman."
