"Live here for 4 years and really love it. I feel this area so safe for me and close my work. Parking lot is nice and more space. Look very clean all area of this apartments. Fitness Center is my favorite place to go daily. Very friendly communities thru email and desk front admin is very friendly when I need for anything or help. They install free fire alarm for me as deaf person. That so impressed me thank you for your friendly staff and community of this apartment"
"Moved here a few months and I couldn't be any happier! There's valet trash service 7 days a week and a trash compactor on site which is a huge bonus. Thank you Laura in the leasing office for being so helpful every step of the way as we signed our lease and settled into our new home."
"We've lived here for 6 years, and it's been a safe, clean, great environment to raise my son. The amenities are good, too. Especially for families. The office staff is SO kind and helpful! So is the maintenance team! Always so detailed and makng sure all that you need is taken care of. I haven't met one staff member of the Fairways that was not polite and professional. We Love living here and will be here for a long time if given the chance."
"I went in, Laura gave me a tour of the property. She was very descriptive about the design plan inside the units, the amenities an everything in the surrounding area. The property looks very well maintained, and in a very nice area. I was very grateful to have her assist me as she was very knowledgeable and professional."
"Great place, I loved/Am loving my time here! The dog park is great and they have stations around to help pick up poop, though some tend to ignore this. Walls aren't too too thin, only had a few cases of overhearing "late nights" and arguments. They are very accommodating with my ESA animals. Pricing for a 1 bedroom feels the tadest bit of high for me, it is next to a golf course and inflation as such, but overall would recommend moving here."
