"Not a very good experience. No One at the counter when we entered. Finally made order. The hard shell tacos were very lean on filling, but very FAT on grease!! It ran out of paper and down my husband's hand. My bean burrito was very small and not filled. Chips and cheese sauce were good. However, most of the tables were dirty and so was the floor. The Ladies bathroom was dirty too. Floor was dirty. Maybe they had been real busy, but only 2 other people in there when we were. Needs some TLC."
"Straight up done with this store. My burrito was ice cold and not even made right. The tortilla was tough and try. Didn't receive any napkins or sauce, even though we were asked. I could almost overlook all of this, if the girl at the window didn't look and sound like she hated her job and took it out on the customer. Coming from a retail employee, I get that it's not the profession of your dreams, but making it everyone else's problem is not the way to go about it. I'll get my taco fix elsewhere from now on."
"If I could share the video of my inedible rolled chicken tacos I would. They were hard as a rock. The shell and the chicken inside were over cooked severely. Instead I have this picture showing how dry they are. I called to let them know and got placed on hold and forgotten about for over 20 minutes."
"I ordered 4 grilled chicken chipotle burritos and they didnt put the chipotle on them very dry and it's not the first time they have done this or even left things out of the bag and we ordered chicken on a different burrito before and they put beef on it please have a talk with the workers about these issues it's very disappointing"
"Food is never made correctly and is generally cold every single time I get something from Salem Taco Bell and when food is rushed out the window and rushing to make it my beefy melt burritos generally only have literally 5 chips on them and only half the serving of meat and when I ask for the proper amount of meat on them they try to make me pay for extra meat when I shouldn’t have to even ask for the proper amounts on my food when they are supposed to be TRAINED employees!!"
