"Move in process was a bit sloppy and no hot water on the first day of me moving in. Seems important to check yet no one did. Apartments seem overall very nice but I see lots of negative reviews about paper thin walls, high electricity bills, and raising rent costs which I’ve obviously not experienced yet but if I do, I’ll adjust my review."
"I didn't end up leasing here because we found a place closer to the area we wanted to live in, but the staff at Citizen House Pflugerville were outstanding! They gave a great tour, answered all of our questions, answered every single phone call we made, and provided us with updates. The property was nice, spacious, and clean. If you're looking for somewhere with BIG yards, this is the place to look! I know our dog would have loved this yard. Honestly, if I wouldn't have gone with another complex, I would have selected Citizen House Pflugerville just because of the yard, leasing agents, space, and overall atmosphere :)"
"I will soon be a resident of Citizen House thanks to Emily! Upon my arrival, the office staff greeted me with such professionalism and kindness. Emily took me on a tour of the property and was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The amenities exceeded my expectations and were far better than any other property I visited. The complex is fairly new and the property is well maintained and very clean."
"Everything and everyone has been wonderful. Whenever I have any maintenance issues or apartment related ones, they are quick to resolve them or help. Great and helpful staff! Always available and great communication from staff. And they have activities or social events planned as well for the residents. Really like living here!"
"The application process, move-in, and everything else was so smooth. Emily was SUPER fantastic in making sure everything was squared away before my arrival! She listened to what I needed in an apartment, and provided suggestions, quelled any concerns I had, while also showing me a fantastic community! And the community spaces smelled so good! I love this apartment and I can see myself staying for a long time!"
