"Great place but management is not. I was promised to receive one month refferal and I went to the office milultiple times for the issue but was not resolved and eventually they charged me for one month rent. I have called them but seems no one knows how to solve my problem."

"Hi Austin! It is our first day being Texans and the welcome we have received from the airport crew, our shuttle service, and finally a warm family welcoming from the Parker team is more than we could have dreamed of. Thank you Garett, Ruffin, and Kristin for immediately greeting our little family and making us feel a part of the Parker family. First impressions: the place is very clean. I do not see a speck of trash around. The apartment is beautiful and I was surprised to find a washer and dryer set already installed! We picked this place because it seemed to cater to fur babies. Sadly, our Gigi girl, age 12, passed away a few days ago. We saw the dog wash room and well maintained dog park. We are greatly saddened she won’t begin this new chapter wish us, but if you are a dog owner this is a great option. Looking forward to updating my review in 6-months!"

"UPDATE TO MY REVIEWl: I have been threatened by the regional manager, Kristina Davis if I don't immediately remove this review. It is an honest review based on my experience with Ruffin, the property manager and Kristina, the regional manager. BAD MANAGEMENT! Unfortunately I don't recommend this property. When you pay so much money for rent you want a good management company. There are so many choices for luxury apartments in the Austin area that you don't have to settle for a place like this. Kristina and/or Ruffin - your reply is so petty. Once again this is an honest review based on facts."

"Probably I was one of the first residents of this brand new community. It's been 16 months so far and I liked it very much with few minor exceptions. This community is also associated with Google Fiber for fast internet to residents. Every thing looks good but the lease termination options are very bad. It is not convenient for the residents who needs to move out due to personal reasons like job change, etc.. Most of my friends avoided to get into this community due to the scary lease termination options."

"This place is nice so far but there are several problems that need to be fixed. The trash is always overflowing in the parking lot for days despite multiple dumpsters. This makes the complex look like a public dumpster site, I’m pretty sure there will be a roach problem soon. There’s trash bags left out in hallways of the buildings because valet trash is supposed to be a thing but they never consistently pick it up like they are supposed to. The gates to get in the complex are always broken, sometimes you can’t get in our out even if you have the gate code or the key for it. Maintenance needs to do better if you’re going to pay this much in rent."
