"Recommended by a friend, went to Norms (very far out of the way) for help finding glass for my door. Unfortunately, they couldn't assist. Lowes near my house suggested replacing the whole door and frame in one piece. Their cheapest option was 10x better than my existing door, and considering glass price estimates online, I spent only a little more for the whole door. Left me wondering why Norms didn't suggest this from the beginning..."

"I needed an exterior outswing door. The big box stores could order it, but the wait was about 2 to 3 weeks. I called and spoke with Nick at the Shiloh store. He said they had what I needed in stock! I arrived and was shown the product, made my purchase, and was loaded up in short order. Nick took the time to protect the door for the ride home and made a good suggestion for a different project. I was in a hurry today but will definitely have to return and take time to peruse the inventory for more home improvement items. Thank you for the pleasant experience."
