Collier Apartments

"My family and I have lived here less than 30 days and are entirely infested with CARPET BEETLES. The kitchen counters, walls, cabinets, and floor are especially covered with these small black bugs. The pest control only comes Friday and even in emergency cases such as this we would be charged 60$ for their services to come earlier. I have an infant in this apartment and she is unable to touch the floors nor play on her mats. We do not feel comfortable or safe. The complexes untimely manner to handle this is harming our home spaces and belongings as these bugs increase in amounts daily. 01-09-2024 UPDATE: Revised Review. While I was a very worried mama, Emily took care of everything! Pest control is on top of the bugs. NO CARPET BEETLES. These are different beetles and less destructive. Emily scheduled the carpets to be shampooed/cleaned and the apartment to be professionally cleaned. Much appreciated!"

"The unit is spacious and I love the layout. I was very excited to move in. I toured this complex and signed a lease when it was Autum Ranch. I was told I was getting a renovated unit. Then the collier took over management and it was hard to get clear answers on anything. My apartment that I moved into looks nothing like what I viewed during my tour as I toured a renovated unit. The apartment is very dated and has the original appliances/counter tops and original cabinets. The Cabinets are damaged. The unit was not very clean when I moved in. I’m so disappointed. The appliances do not work well. The dishwasher is not secure and comes out of the wall when you try to load it. It also sounds like a train when it’s running. My stove was unsafe and had to be replaced the second day I was here. They replaced it when another old stove. The inside of the fridge has nasty orange stains. This unit was clearly not cleaned or inspected before I moved in. Management really dropped the ball on this. Save your money. For the amount of money I’m spending here I could have moved into something brand new with all new complexes being built in Pflugerville. I chose this complex due to the location but I wish I hadn’t. If you move in here, make sure you walk the unit you’re moving into."

"There are no apartments available for viewing at this time so if you drive all the way over there, they'll just show you the exact same virtual tours that you can see online. Save your gas. Clubhouse was a little dingy. It wasn't kept up at all. And there's birds bathing in the pool so that's honestly kinda gross. Nothing to write home about - which is sad because Greystar did such a great job with Overture at The Domain. You'd think they would want all of their properties attached to their name to be special or have some appeal."
