"Imagine moving here, parking your newly registeredcar, only to have it towed from the lot. The next day, attempting to use the pool results in being told you don't live there and getting kicked out. What a way to treat your tenants. These issues are not isolated; they're affecting everyone here. If management genuinely prioritized the property's success, they would implement changes. Unfortunately, they seem more inclined to be combative, defending theft and unresolved anger issues."

You've read/heard it here: All the negative reviews are indeed true. Residents recently got an offer for $1,000 off rent if we make a referral, and that's a strong indicator on the small number of people looking to move in and large number of residents moving out. We all know we don't wish to refer anyone here. Not to mention the extreme promotional discounts they are offering in a city like ATX, where there should be a scarce number of apartments for rent. Is that not clear enough? And it all comes down to one thing: Management. Hoping Oxford Management corporate understands the lack of leadership this property has had and the high number of vacancies/turnover we've seen in residents. Not a good look, in my personal opinion. Recommendation to leadership: Step down. Let's Begin: Management at this complex fails to keep the security gates closed. The gate remains open throughout the day and night. Burglars and non-residents will and continue to enter, especially as the HOMELESS population continues to relocate to North Austin. TIP: Come back at night before you decide to move in, and you’ll see the gate is wide open every night and can be accessed. Don't forget to mention the number of burglaries that is public information. READ ON FOR MORE: If the amenities and pool alone draw you in, look elsewhere. Ever since the Oxford Enterprises Management took over, a harsh amount of restrictions were put in place that make it challenging to feel comfortable in our own homes. For one, a strict parking policy was put into place for unknown reasons. You’ll need to register your vehicle, and visitors need to park in designated areas and register their vehicles with every visit. We live in Pflugerville — not sure there’s a high demand for parking, let alone in a complex where the gate is always left open and insecure. My opinion: they clearly are looking to find methods to partner with towing companies to make revenue that is clearly hard to come by. Second, once you move in and sign your contract, the tone of the leasing agents and property manager changes. Calls and messages are left unreturned, and if you do get a chance to speak to a representative, you’re speaking to underpaid employees who make their living off of commission (i.e. selling apartment units). Let that tell you everything you need to know about the staff. Lastly, the community has become more and more crowded, with residents ranging from those who smoke (literally cigarette buds all around the complex), trash (do you not have a clean up crew anymore?), loud dogs who constantly bark (not to mention the people who are loud and management does nothing about with thin unit walls), and lawn mowers at 7 AM in the morning. Don't forget the sports car gang that lives on property revving their engines early in the morning and late at night! Vrrrooooom! Like, do something? Fix these problems, Oxford. Yes, I’m a resident, and no, you won’t be able to find me “in your system”, but believe me - I live here. No, I don’t wish to call your office to talk about my concerns. You won't even answer, lol? Listen to your reviews coming straight from your residents, then we can talk. And as an aside, your communication could also use some work. Let it be know, future residents. Let it be known!"

"DO NOT RENT HERE Horrible, rude, lazy, and incompetent staff from the leasing office to the maintenance crew. I had so many bad experiences I don’t even know where to start. When you call the office, don’t expect them to pick up. It’s a miracle if they do. I had extra ridiculous charges added to my rent multiple times that I had to dispute. The community is advertised as a gated community but in the two years I lived there, they stoped working a few months after I moved in and still wasn’t functioning when I moved out towards the end of January 2024. The towing situation is predatory and ridiculous. My car was towed even though I registered it. What they charge for rent is absurd considering there are no improvements/upgrades being made. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. They changed my code multiple times to get into the clubhouse so I was not able to use the gym/amazon hub area if the office wasn’t open. Even then with the open sign on the door, the staff were clearly annoyed when people would come into the office and tell you to leave through the back door. The “24/7” security company they use is horrible as well. There’s so much more but please don’t fall for the looks of this complex because it’s not worth it."

"I’ve been living here for 2 years now and have no complaints. The area is nice, management is easy to get a hold of and super friendly. There is a company that tow company that comes in every once in a while but as long as you register your vehicle you’ll be fine. Overall I would recommend this complex."

"New vehicle that I registered with the wrecker site got towed from my apartment! I sent all the vehicle information including insurance , registration etc. apartment complex did NOTHING! Charged $250 to get my car by scammy wrecker company and paperwork says Oxford at Santa Clara authorized it even though my car is registered to this address and was registered in the Wrecker system! Office staff is RUDE , COMBATIVE, and LACK BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I do not recommend living here! Moving soon and counting down the days until I’m out of this awful place. Save yourself the STRESS and find an apartment complex where management provides exceptional service, is professional, and always wants the best for their tenants. This place IS NOT IT, I can promise you that. ALSO- please LOOK at these reviews and how condescending/snarky their replies are to people. That should show you the type of office staff you would deal with living here. Nothing is done to correct office staff’s rude and unprofessional behavior either.. it’s like they’re all friends and get more friends hired on who are unqualified. It’s baffling! Take your rent money elsewhere!"
