"These people charge my debit card triple the lady at the register said your payment didn’t go through and had me to slide my card twice now they are refusing to give me my money back they took 77 dollars from me on which I didn’t owe now they are saying take it up with my bank and since it was authorized there is absolutely nothing my bank can do the lady whom claims she’s the store manager name is brandy and she is beyond rude and heartless I will never go there again I am a victim and being treated as if I’m a criminal. She said you need to prove we took the money I could of sworn that it’s your job to tally up the income and calculate the sales in the pos system. If you do your job brandy you will discover that my card has been charged several times for the exact amount each time this is not fair I have children and I work hard for every dime I get and I was robbed not only robbed out of my money but robbed of my sense of financial security when shopping at circle k"

"one star is still too many for this location. I went in about 6:30 tonight on my way home for some Mountain Dew 2 liters and a bag of ice. the deal they have is 3 for $3.00 with the member reward card which I have not gotten yet but know that they are handing them out at the counter, no biggie, until I put my soda down and he rings me up. I ask him if he has a members reward card because I don't yet and he proceeds to reply "yes, but you cant use it". THE MORON THINKS I WANT TO USE HIS PERSONAL MEMBERS REWARD CARD...........REALLY!!!!!!! after saying that I do not have one and need one again he looks at me like I am speaking Greek to him. I say F' it I don't cate anymore and toss a $20 at him. he scoffs "that's not nice to say" and the banter goes back and forth all the way to the door as I tell him he is an idiot because he thought I wanted to use his personal members reward card and that all I wanted was one of the hundreds that they are giving out so I may have my own and only pay $3.00 instead of $2.29 each. I don't know where they find these brain dead idiots (not my first encounter with dumb and lazy employees that work the night shift at this location) but I am tired of having to tell the manager about the terrible experience I had to deal with overnight with these idiots. I live literally 5 blocks behind this crappy location and will give the one finger salute as I pass on my way to the other circle K which is a mile past this one."

"The workers are not properly trained and alot of computer shut down problems. Lots of products not in stock. All (every kind) of the $1 lottery scratcher tickets was sold out. The cheapest lighter was a mini bic for $2. After10pm u have to use walk up window with no buzzer. I knocked fir 5 min and never even saw the employee working inside. Not good at all!"
