"Where do I start I was first assigned Dr. Henderson met her after I met Cohen. We moved to Austin from Florida and are aware of the differences but Dr. Cohen is a bit off. He talked about race, covid and all other uncomfortable things to my teens. When we left my kids were like umm what is wrong with him. He constantly pushes vaccines and while I'm open to hear him his approach is off. We last went in because my daughter was sick and since TX has different school vaccine it was time for her second dosage which she obviously couldn't take because she was sick we schedule another appt and made it a wellness visit vs just a vaccine. Well we arrive 5 mins late early morning appt that was changed last min due to it being booked with Cohen vs Henderson. My daughter didn't feel comfortable with Cohen so we asked for Henderson and the day before find out they scheduled it with Cohen. Anyways since we were 5 mins late they said I'd have to be reschedule for 3 hrs from that time I asked well can she just get her vaccine or they aren't going to let her return of which I'm told no she has to have a wellness check. I told them she was not initially set for that just the vaccine for school of which they then refuse to give her the shot. First of all Cohen is off and gives my kids the ick and honestly the way the office staff acted its probably a blessing to be done with them! At the end this is a business and they truly shouldn't be in business for the way they treat their patients."

"It's really hard to reach the front office. They never pickup the phone for rescheduling, some times have to call multiple times. Otherwise every thing else is fine and doctors are good."

"I'm changing my 5 star review to 1 star, I should've posted this back in 2020 but unfortunately never got around to it. Dr. Cohen refused to see my son when he found out that he opted in to not wear the mask in school (this is when LISD gave parents/students a choice of wearing a mask and was not mandatory anymore). He told us that he will no longer be my son's pediatrician (he treated my son for 5 years and we had a really good relationship) and that we need to find another pediatrician. What was done to my son was so wrong specially when he loved going to Dr. Cohen. I was super shocked because he was judgmental and irrational. And around the same time there were so many other people had similar experience like me and posted it as their review. I'm not sure how they are still in business. The review below I posted 6 years ago!! Love, Love, Love Dr. Joe Cohen. He is amazing with kids. My son loves him!! Every time he sees him they joke around, give each other high fives. Very nice, clean facility at a very convenient location. His staff are very friendly and always going above and beyond to help their clients in every possible way. Couldn't be happier with the service and treatment they provide for the little humans."

"To keep my review short, Dr. Henderson told us in our last regular check for my 7 y/o daughter that she will no longer be able to see my daughter because she hasn’t gotten her COVID vaccine!! I told her that my wife and I are vaccinated but we don’t feel comfortable to have our daughter get vaccinated at this age. After our visit, they mailed us two letter saying that they can’t treat our daughter anymore but they didn’t specify the reason!! Good luck for Dr. Henderson and your entire team, we will definitely find a better pediatrician in no time."

"Dr. Henderson has provided quality care for both of my daughters. My daughters love to visit her because she genuinely cares for their health and progress. Dr. Henderson has always provided wonderful support to myself and my husband as new parents. She has always been quick to respond to any notes I put into her to just ask general questions that may not require a doctor's visit. We feel confident that we're receiving the best care in Austin. Highly recommend her!"
