"Ordered 4 tacos waited 45 minutes I understand a long line, but I was the only one there and they made me pull up to wait. I think possibly they just forgot me but it was crazy."
"The staff seem overwhelmed. I walked in to place an order and I guess it was the manager. I’m not sure it was a older white lady with grey hair. she was very rude but I’m not sure why because the line was not long. The food is good when they get it right the order, right."
"I’ve given this place a chance to redeem themselves and every time I’ve been disappointed. Drive thru attendant doesn’t say “May I help you?, immediately just “go ahead with your order” non friendly and then the fries were cold, the pita was chewy, and my husband chicken sandwich was either old and burnt. So they have struck out with us, customer service and quality food I see is getting scarce all over. Keep your money and eat a PB and J is my suggestion to everyone."
"The service at this one is awful. Was given fries that was black. First lady tells us that they probably didn't change the grease out last night. The next lady with the replacement fries. She says oh that's just seasoning. It's not pepper. What is it? It's burnt on old who knows from old grease. They didn't try to make the problem right. We just threw the fries away. They also got people's orders wrong. They didn't even give us all our food. Also workers off duty shouldn't be allowed to just walk around in the back from off the street like it's there home. It was no point in fighting over it. We will never visit this one ever again. I'm sure they will not care. 2023 review update. I gave this place another chance. So far they can never get my order right at all. It's a sign I just need to not go back at all. I'm not driving all the way across town for them to fix my order again. To make it worse they was not busy at all."
