McDonald's

"The manager was ranting and going crazy. My mobile order wasn't ready. The line was wrapped around the outside of the building. The cooks looked lost. The cooks were moving so slow. The line inside was just as long as the drive thru line. When I pulled up one worker just sitting outside looking at everyone like he was crazy. Then he went in then came back outside to take trash and was staring at people coming in McDonald's. The manager was saying no refunds for nobody. The orders were all messed up. I will not pull up to this McDonald's ever again."

"They were pulling every single car up past the drive-thru. We counted 11 cars plus ours that were waiting for food. But the girls working at the drive-thru window that they hand the food out of were in there dancing and yelling and playing around. If they have time to be acting like that then there's no reason 12 cars should have been pulled around to wait on their food. Every time we go here there's a problem, from them not being opened at 6 o'clock at night to them telling you they aren't taking orders. This place has become a joke."

"Avoid this place. You'll spend 20 min in the drive through just to get the wrong order. This isn't a one time thing either. My youngest is obsessed with McDonald's and this is the closest to our house so we have tried a few times. And the lobby isn't any better. My wife and nephew were refused entry to the building on another day by some lady who wasn't even an employee, she held the door shut and kept telling them to go away. When my wife asked the person in the drive through window why they weren't allowed in the employee told her it's some random lady who shows up and does this a few times a week but they don't do anything about it. Then after school another day my oldest tried to get some food at one of the kiosks which didn't print a receipt. He asked the cashier if he could print one and the cashier told him he had no proof of purchase and that it would have given him a receipt and so he couldn't get the food either. When my oldest showed the cashier his bank statement on his phone showing the transaction, he was told "that says pending, you clearly don't know what pending means. That means it didn't go through". When the transaction finalized and my wife asked the manager she was told that it was a one time mistake and offered no assistance beyond that. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time or money."

"They really lack organization. Everytime I come here it's at MINIMUM a 30 minute wait for food. The kiosks inside don't give receipts and the staff has refused to hand over orders, even after showing proof that the payment was taken. Food is always just thrown together (cheese not even in the same vicinity as the burger its supposed to be on). Last time I went inside, staff was eating or digging in their pants while handling food and one had his hair covering his face over the food he was making. I'll drive to another location cause this is ridiculous."

"Waited 27 minutes for my food, after ordering it inside at a kiosk...fries were lukewarm at best. Zero organization for orders, staff preparing the food (at least 5 employees) were WAY behind, overwhelmed and had ZERO direction from shift manager or ability to get orders out in a timely fashion. I see now, why they have the raring they have. Soda area was filthy, this owner should be ashamed allowing this store to run this way."
