"The staff at this Mcdonalds has an arrogance that comes off unsettling, they also messed up my order forgetting a mcchicken and giving us the wrong sauces for chicken nuggets. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this McDonalds. I would recommend the Taco Bell/kfc across the street because they can at least get the order right…"
"I actually passed the first window in the drive through where you pay so I gave my card to the lady at the next window and said “I’m sorry I thought that window was shut down so I haven’t paid yet” and she rolled her eyes and grunted at me while she took my card and gave it to the lady at the other window. The new lady brought me my card and just stood there holding it giving me a dirty look and said absolutely nothing at all. Although sometimes actions and facial expressions speak louder than words."
"Trash food, stupid expensive, massively woke, the girl in the drive-thru had an attitude when we said we needed 2 happy meals. One for a girl and one for a boy, she let us know very rudely that " they don't do the gender thing anymore" and slammed the window."
"I’d give this review zero stars if I could. I placed a mobile order at 9:45 and was at the store to pick it up at 9:53. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was VERY rudely informed that they were closed and refused to make my order even though it was before 10 p.m. I was then told I’d have to cancel my order through the app, but you can’t cancel the order or request a refund without calling an 800#The customers in front of me received their food no problem. I understand that restaurants struggle with staffing and that may affect their hours of operation but I did nothing to deserve rude behavior and for my order to be unfulfilled and out of my money for the time being. I spent my entire evening setting up my classroom and was badly needing to eat, so thanks for nothing."
"Very slow at the drive through, the spicy chicken sandwich is way under any other competitors sandwich the fillet of fish came to me like this had to wait to get home to eat that with it's abundance of tartar sauce and the fries had no salt. I would stop on either side of this McDonald's next time, but hey the coke was good."
