"The drs. Are amazing but front desk not so much. I accidentally came in an hr earlier than my appointment and lady at the front desk refuse to check me in. I understand i was an hr early but after 30mins i tried again to sign in and she still refused to sign me in. Because they had A lot of patients! But was signing in EVERYBODY ELSE THAT WALKED IN. So if you have an appointment they won’t check you in 30mins prior to your appointment. This is ridiculous"

"I frequently go here for my kids with no problems. Today our appointment was at 9. We arrived at 8:40am, got called in maybe 5 mins later. We waited, 15 mins passed, waiting and waiting. After 45 mins of sitting there my kids and I got up and left! The doctor was just standing there at the computer. Looking off into space."

"I have taken my grandson to this facility about three times in the last two years. And all I have ever gotten from the front desk is hatefulness. I even would cringe when I went in through the door because I knew she was going to be like that again! I’ve had no problems with the doctors or the physicians assistance but that front desk mess is a mess. You would think that good doctors would one good representatives at the front desk. Also, it’s like pulling teeth just to take your child there. First of all, you can’t get an appointment. And then it’s an act of Congress to be able to take him there without showing every document that you own about that child. My daughter has a son and we take care of him. Because she works a lot. They would not even let her take him to the doctor appointment without all this silly documentation. I mean I understand the privacy and I understand where they’re going with this but they went too far! I am a retired teacher and I understand all of the documents are secret and private and blah blah blah. But this case was beyond ridiculous. Since my daughter could not find the birth certificate right at that moment, he was denied services twice in the same week. How do you do that? If you have a sick child I recommend you go somewhere else fast"

"Dr Douglas is absolutely AMAZING!! she is the sweetest most caring and patient doctor we have ever seen.we have followed her to three different offices and drive over an hour because we love her that much! She has seen my 5-year-old since birth and now she's our newborn! I love that she never rushes us, and is always more proactive than waiting to react. If I could give 10 Stars I totally would we absolutely adore her ❤️❤️❤️"
