"I just call to her office (atascocita) looking to make an appointment for my kids (new patients). The lady on the phone was very rude. She told me they just have appointment until October, and I asked her what day in October and she just said she doesn't know. If you have a computer in front of you, with a calendar and you are the lady who makes the appointments, you must know when the doctor you work for have availability. After that I told her okay, I'll try somewhere else and she relied hmm, and hanged the phone on me."

"Came here to Attascocita with child running a high fever. 15min past appointment time we were seen. The CMA Heidii took my daughter's temp horribly rough when Sticking the thermometer into my daughter's ear. It would've been enough to make an adult cry. Then when Dr. David Liang came in, things were ok till he had to look into my daughter's throat. After several times of sticking the wooden popsicle stick into my daughter's throat gagging her over and over to the point where my daughter couldn't breathe for a few moments. It was then decides that they would do a urine test so they places the pee bag on my infant poorly. When my child did finally pee, yes some went into the bag but it also leaked everywhere. My wife gently removed the pee bag from our daughter before any other rough treatment ensued and wiped up the pee. Doctor Liang stated he saw bumps in the back of my daughter's throat sighting an infection yet he cannot issue any antibiotics to assist my daughter in fighting off the infection because he stated it wasn't an infection (makes plenty sense right?!) to just stick with the Tylenol like we have."
"When your child has a fever you expect there pediatrician to see your child right . I go to the Dr. this morning with my child ( WORST SERVICE EVER) she has a high fever and they dont do WALKING that just made mad, I had to go to the minor emergency so my child can get treatment we come from Austin and at ARC there pediatrician will see anybody's child with or with out an appointment."
