"Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes after already waiting an hour after ordering one pizza! The guy at the window said it was in the oven so we waited again another 15 minutes. I finally had to just go inside just to find out our order was lost and they just ignored us in the drive through! I have yet to have a good experience here and I’m done trying."

"After having an overwhelming day I decided to get myself some pizza, only to find I placed the order improperly on the app. I went to the store to try and figure something out, Anthony helped without any kickback, he was so kind. Anthony, George, and Steve were all such a kind team to help me. They really made me feel better. Thank you guys for being awesome, I love this store for reasons like this. You are all awesome."

"If I could give less stars, I would. So many times my order has been wrong or it takes way longer than it should or SOMETHING has happened. They call themselves the Mascoutah Domino's, but won't deliver to the south side of our small town. Tonight was the last straw. I called in a pick up order since they won't deliver. I get there 10 minutes after my order should have been done. They forgot my wings. So I had to wait for them to make my wings. I pay and then realize they gave me the wrong pizza. They tell me they'll remake my pizza and that it will be 20 minutes. After 25 minutes they say my pizza just went into the oven. 15 minutes later they say it never went into the oven and that they would start it right away. In total it has been 2 hours since I originally placed my order and 1 hour since I placed an order for a remake. I'M STILL WAITING. In this amount of time I have seen multiple families walk out, cancel, ect. because the order was wrong and/or their 20 minute wait turned into an hour and a half or more wait! I hate this location and will never go back!"

"Our first time ordering there and we won't be back! Both sandwiches had little meat on them. The pizza was suppose to be half cheese, half pepperoni. They gave us a full pepperoni. $40 order and the only thing they got right were the chocolate lava cakes."
