"Dr. Noor and his staff are beyond outstanding. We have been bringing our kids here for quite a few years and NEVER have we had any issues. The office is kept clean and organized. You are greeted when you enter and they ALWAYS honor appointment times. They return your call in a timely manner and will find a way to help you. My youngest suffers from bad asthma flare ups and when his insurance dropped him Dr. Noor put our son first. I had no money for the visit let alone the medicine. My son was seen and I was not treated any differently because I couldn't afford the services that Dr. Noor and his staff rendered. Free of cost. Which he didn't have to do, but DID. I will recommend him to EVERYONE who is searching for a pediatrician. Great staff and amazing doctor, to say the least!"
"I’m so glad I found this place when I did. One of the very few places where you don’t have to take the day off to take the kids to the doctor. The staff is extremely accommodating. The timings works for working parents. Plus Dr.Noor’s expertise. He never missed any little thing that I have had experienced before with other doctors. The place is super clean as well."
"We've been going here since 2017, since the office was on Scarsdale. The quality of service and healthcare we receive has declined drastically. Reoccurring issues, extremely long waits. The front staff is always busy doing nothing. The waiting area isn't kept clean and it's always so loud."
"Staff is always friendly and helpful. I take all my kids and never have an issue getting an appointment! Dr.Noor always answers any questions I may have and the Nurses here go above and beyond to make my kiddos feel comfortable. Thank you Dr.Noor and staff!! We appreciate you!!"
"I would not recommend this place. They declined seeing my daughter even though she had a fever, which honestly I think that's illegal, but I'll look into that later, because I had gone to a different doctor for her yearly check up. Even though She had been seen by this doctor multiple times. They told me they would not be able to see her and then said that they would not be seeing my son either ever again. Yes they said ever again. The office manager did! Didn't even offer to be my primary care doctor or offer my yearly check ups. So if you are looking for somewhere to get your kids seen "you're better off going to the urgent care"! And that's exactly what they told me. Also I waited 45 min before they told me this!"
