"Both of my preemie daughters use Dr. Edralin primarily and he is a god send! We absolutely love him, his knowledge and how great he is with our kids. Dr. Kent is great as well, we’ve seen him a few times and no complaints. Ms. Dee at the front desk is amazing and always so helpful! Loveee her! Overall great atmosphere and fantastic doctors! Highly recommend!"

"My daughter has been going to the Preemie place since birth. She’s almost 6 now. Dr E and the nursing staff are amazing. Our earlier visits were always nice and a great experience from beginning to end. On my last visit (about 6 months ago), the front desk receptionist was very difficult. It was extremely hard to make an appointment, then she tried to over charge for the visit. I had to return a week or so later because my daughter was still sick and we received the same difficult and negative experience from that same receptionist. The last thing a parent wants or need is to deal with a rude and difficult person while trying to get help for their sick child. They really need to get someone else up there or they will lose patients for sure."

"We absolutely loved the Dr’s and Nurse here. However, the front desk staff seriously needs some training. I called multiple times after I gave birth in August and was told they didn’t accept my insurance. After speaking with my insurance multiple times, I called them and asked for them AGAIN to call my insurance and confirm they didn’t take my specific policy. Then I received a call stating they did take it… in October. We initially had a visit with Dr.Edralin when my girls came home from the NICU. He was great! Personable, answered all my questions and spent the time getting to know us and our girls. We also saw Dr.Kent who is great as well. In December, I had two visits scheduled for my kids. I called MULTIPLE times to cancel them. Spoke to multiple people. When I called in January, I told them I was waiting on a referral for my insurance to start seeing them again but I wanted to schedule and do cash Pay. I was told that I no showed my appointments in December, and that cash pay was “very expensive”. I have two kids- I’m aware of the costs that comes with having children. I continued to push the cash pay because my kids were a month over due for vaccines and i just needed to get them done. I was told I couldn’t do that over and over again, hung up on multiple times and requested to speak to an office manager who finally spoke with me. We ended up moving practices and today I received a letter discharging us from preemie place. It’s sad because I requested to speak with Dr.Edralin numerous times regarding the issues I’ve had with this clinic and they said he couldn’t call me back. It’s disappointing to know that such great Dr’s have such toxic employees working and ruining the environment for this clinic. As I’ve read more on the reviews, I’m not the first one to complain about this. How many patients does it take to lose before this is fixed? If you’re looking for a great Dr and don’t care about the office staff or how you’re treated, go here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go."

"Dr. Kent is incredible! After all the trauma we have experienced from birth on, he was so kind & comforting & just so informative. We loved him. & Dr. Edralin isn’t our specific pediatrician, but has gone out of his way to introduce himself & contact us to keep us on the right track. We love Preemie Place!"
