"I have been bringing my children to Dr. Jung at Blue Fish Pediatrics since he and his dad were located on 902 Frostwood. He saw my daughter right at her new born check-up, that was in 2002! He is currently the pediatrician to my younger kids. In all these years and HE'S NEVER BEEN WRONG!!! I love the staff as well. From calling to make an appointment to checking out post visit, everything is seamless! I have really enjoyed watching the success and expansion of the practice. It is well deserved!"

"Horrible experience trying to sign up as a new patient. After finding them on my marketplace insurance website and being told they were accepting new patients I did my research and chose 1 doctor to be my primary care doctor, after being asked to send in another picture of my insurance card and then a follow up that they couldn’t read it and to provide the details in a phone call, I was told via email that the doctor I chose was not accepting new patients. So I responded with 5 more doctors to be my primary care doctor for my child. After 2 days I followed up with a call as I hadn’t heard anything and then was sent an email that none of the 5 doctors were accepting new patients. I was shocked so I called the the receptionist again and was told no doctors were accepting new patients! I tried to leave a message with the office manager to complain but their inbox was full. I called the receptionist again asked for them to take a recommendation for the practice to be honest with people and tell them they were not accepting new patients. I suspect that they just want certain types of insurance patients and not those from the marketplace even though they have signed up with my insurance plan. I wasted the better part of 2 days trying to sign up as a new patient when they could have just been honest I was talking to another family in my child’s class about how I was treated at Bluefish, and they said they had the exact same experience last year when they moved to town and applied to both Bluefish Memorial City and Greater Heights offices."

"We came to Blue Fish because many neighbors recommended Dr. Peter Jung. Unfortunately we weren’t able to set an appointment with him because of schedule conflicts. We settled for Amanda Brack. The boys did not feel comfortable with her, and we felt she was socially awkward…to say the least. After a few years of putting up with her we were told by staff to switch over to Dr. Jung. My wife thought it would be too awkward to run into Dr. Brack at the office, so we changed to a different practice. It’s been one year and my kids no longer dread going to the doctor. Our new pediatrician is more knowledgeable, has good bedside manner, and actually pleasant to be around! We hope Blue Fish trains better in the future, or at least becomes more selective in their pediatricians. Good Luck!"

"Been at Bluefish since 2009 with both kids & can't say enough good things. We started w/ Dr.Pielop but happily seen Torn, Brach & Jung over the years always with excellent care. My oldest (now a freshman) had a sick visit. We scheduled w/ Penland but he was concerned about not seeing Pielop. I told him through the years he's seen other doctors at this practice & all have been exceptional. This time was no different, Penland was professional, knowledgeable & he really liked her. After 15 yrs, a follow up review for this amazing group of Doctors & staff felt overdue. Hands down the best!"

"The practice is amazing with friendliness, professionalism and efficiency - hard to imagine how an office can offer impeccable services, but it does. My son got sick a lot, but I could always have a doctor call me back after hours, and schedule a same-day sick appointment, and medical staff to call me back for non-urgent matters pretty quickly. The doctors we have met so far are so knowledgeable and nice. Now my family is relocating out of state and I don't know what to do... The practice has raised the bar so high and I am almost sure I won't find an equally amazing pediatrician's office in the new place. Lucky to be Dr. Jung's patient as well."
