"I took my weed eater that was under warranty to this Stihl certified repair shop and I had to bring it there 4 times took almost 4 weeks and the last time I picked it when after they said it was fixed AGAIN I had to have someone else fix it. When it was taken apart half my clutch was missing two bushings, clutch backing plate. The parts there were put back inside were loose and falling out. I run a professional lawn care service in town and it cost me several hundred dollars in lost and late work waiting for them to practically ruin it. AFTER I have spent over 15,000$ here on mowers trimmers blowers parts ext. their excuse was? I didn’t get one. Just a 80$ bill from another guy that fixed it for Me within 15 minutes."

"Drove out there to have a jetter hose fixed that they have done before for the company. Walked in and only 1 person was working counter. Almost 10 minutes goes by while 2 other employees walked by me and another guy and then I thought I would get help. When the guy in front of me left I waited another minute before the counter guy asked who's next. Told him what I needed done and he just gives me the dumbest look any said being the hose in here. I said it's on a reel mounted in the van. He response was I don't know what to do. I wasted about 30 minutes of my time for nothing. O'Reilly I was in and out in less then 10 minutes and a lot cheaper. Good bye John Deere. This is why I buy Kubota."

Nan, that schedules service is a joy to talk to. She really has a great attitude. Every time I get off the phone with her I'm in a better mood. I really appreciate doing business with these people."

"Great experience! Julius and the Martin Sullivan Kewanee team delivered my new tractor during the Virus shutdown as promised, right on time. Great communication and follow up during the buying process and after. I had a connection problem with my auto disconnect mower. Julius had one of his techs out immediately that afternoon. The tech was a great guy, educated me on what to look for and got me going within minutes. I highly recommend these guys and I will be back!!"
