"It's way too expensive. For 2 people eating, it was almost $70. The extra large soup is $17. The gumbo was good, but the chicken noodle was not. They offer tastes before you order. Take the taste. I wish I did, because the chicken noodle soup wasn't that good."

"What can I say! This is the best soup franchise around! The food is absolutely yummy with great sandwiches, solids, soups and a great Burger place right next door. I would love to open up a Zoup in my town since there are none up in the northeast or in New England for that matter! I hope some day to own one of these restaurants. I like their business model and their atmosphere as well as their delicious variety of soups. Always hot, always fresh"
