"Just sat in the drive threw for 20 mins when there was one car in front of us. when we got to the window we were told we were screaming and needed to leave the drive. One we was not screaming and 2 we have worked there before and are related to the manager. Do not go there they do not care about the customer. Crystal is not a good manager and should be fired."

"This place is a mess. Unorganized, GROSS, and most of the stuff didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while. The ladies restroom was worse than an outhouse. Brown crusty hunk all over the floor and toilet paper everywhere. The order was slowly fulfilled and I didn't even get everything I ordered I was handed my bag with no explanation as to why I didn't get fries or my freeze that I already paid for. Then I had to wait an extra 15 minutes just to ask someone where my stuff was and what's going on. Then the workers were arguing and had no idea what they were doing."

"Went to drive through on 12/13/23 at 8:45pm I ordered a craving box and two crunchwraps and with two Dr Peppers, one ice and one without. They screwed up my order 4 times! Gave me Pepsi and mt dew, I told them no that’s not right. Then proceeded to give me dr peppers with ice. Then didn’t tell me they are out of cinnamon twists so I had to go back inside for them to tell me they are out of them here is chips and cheese. They completely lost my buisness. I would rather drive all the way to Quincy to get Taco Bell! Poor customer service etc."

"I ordered thru the app for in store pickup. They were pretty busy but I didn't have to wait too long. I had ordered no tomatoes on my chalupa and they prepared it as requested."
