"I have been going there for two years with my little baby girl. The service is extremely quick. In and out with the little ones because they know how fussy they can get. Everyone there is super nice and professional. My little girl loves her doctor! Would highly recommend!"

"There front desk is extremely nice. But the doctor we were seeing is absolutely awful looks at you like you don't know anything. Blows off everything and interupts you while your trying too explain what's going on. Does not know how too read an X-ray that was very obviously not normal. Refuses too do testing and or refer too a specialist just all around awful."

"Dr McPherson I believe that's his name. He is AMAZING! Do Not hesitate to take ur children to see him! He is the best pediatrician my son has seen. He definitely loves his career choice and you can tell how great he is with the little ones! My son has never let any doctor check his ears and the way he is with kids, he let him check his ears. We will be back for every appointment with him."

"The lady at the front was very rude to me. I'm a good dad, and I don't appreciate the judgment and snide remarks just because you think all dads are deadbeats. Very unprofessional from your receptionist. Then they made a mistake on my daughters shots. Gave her one, then when we get ready to leave they are like oh wait, we have to give her another shot. So not only did my daughter have to go back in for another shot she is traumatized by that fact yall told her she was done but made her go back because the doctor or the receptionist screwed up. Not very professional."

"Our family has been going to TCH for over 7 years. We have been using this clinic for the past 2 years. The doctors that we have seen have been great, but office staff needs to taught better customer service. Due to the weather we where running late and I called to let them know, but due to the phones not on until 8 am I had to leave a message. Once we arrived we where told that we might have to be rescheduled and brushed off. The lady went and asked my daughter Doctor's nurse (supposedly) if they could fit her in today. Which the response was no, we needed to make another appointment. I advised her that I called in to let them know we where running late and other than that what could we have done so my daughter could still be seen today. She never answered the question than called the security guard over. At this point my daughter started to "tic", may daughter has severe OCD and Tourette's, which she can struggle with seeing other doctors. I advised the lady that my daughter has Tourette and she need to see her doctor. At this time we left and my daughter had a all out tic attack in the truck. We had to leave quickly and stop in another parking lot so she could calm down. My daughter has been sick for a week as we try to let it run its course and are open to waiting to see her specific doctor, because of my daughters condition. To bad the staff at this place does not listen to concerns or understand patients need. Very sad that we where treated this way!"
