"We had 2 technicians come to our house to replace the compressor on our fridge. One of the techs created a bunch of black carbon soot when the started up the torch. The black soot is everywhere. It is in 3 different rooms, on our counters, our appliances, on the outside and inside of our cabinets. They could have helped clean up the mess before they left. No apologies or nothing. It is going to take us a lot more time to clean up everything and get our house back to normal. I called the office but they seemed disinterested in really doing anything about it. The whole experience has been frustrating and perplexing given your “commitment” to being professional."

My washer was leaking, I thought it was broken beyond repair but Mr. Appliance fixed it completely. Not only was it fixed but it was done very quickly. Customer service was phenomenal. "The technician was very helpful and answered all of my questions and explain things thoroughly. He was very polite and professional. Their rates are competitive and I feel like it is quality work. Instead of trying to get me to spend a bunch of unnecessary money on a brand new refrigerator they helped me make the best choice for me and to repair the current one.
