"We were here about 3-4 years ago for an audiology test. The doctor who performed it was so patient. Literally. My kiddo has ADHD and at the time we were starting the process for his evaluation and pediatrician needed these tests to make sure it wasn't auditory related. He was a ball of energy and the doc was so understanding. Will be coming back to this location for my younger kiddo. Thanks!"

"My daughter went in today to have a cast removed from her hand/wrist. She needed x-rays following the removal. She came back to the room, maybe 20 minutes later & said the tech was so rude/rough. They apparently were upset with her because she wasn't able to bend her arm the way they wanted. My daughter is 10 years old & had a fractured wrist. That's literally their specialty. Pediatric orthopedics. They should put more consideration into hiring people who can be sensitive to the patients' needs."

"I changed our daughters pediatrician about a year ago, I wasn’t happy with our old practice in the medical center due to long wait times, combined sick and well areas, and difficulty to get in with our pediatrician. I was very impressed by the office staff, they were very friendly & I’ve always gotten appointments the same or next day. The office is designed nicely so children for well visits and sick visits are separated. But after meeting with our daughters new Pediatrician, Doctor Webb, I was very impressed with how he took the time to gather a history, review growth and development, as well as just observe her behavior. He didn’t miss any details and was very reassuring to this anxious momma. Many doctors make you feel rushed, I could tell he had plenty of time for our visit. Overall I’m very pleased with the office staff, nurses, and Doctors. I’m happy we have found a good fit for our daughter and someone we know we can entrust with her health."

"I was seen within a few minutes after arriving. My visit was for my toddler's hearing but I also had my baby with me. My strong willed child was making the exam difficult and my baby also started crying. Dr. Dupre was EXTREMELY patient with both of them and allowed us to try the exam a few times to avoid re scheduling and therefore a long drive to the office. She is so nice and deserves 10 stars!"

"I waited for over 45 minutes for my child to be seen and no one updated me on the delay. The standard patient expectation is to check in early with a 15 minute "grace period" for late check in. This standard should be applied to the staff too. That being said, once I saw the doctor the appointment ran smoothly. Dr. Had a great bedside manner and showed genuine concern for my daughter's well-being."
